Today is a saturday.I am having my first sea upgrading session from adventure club.Today the first thing is to do 100 basic. Which means doing 100 push-up,100 sit-up and a 100 jumping jack.Then we have to carry the big kayak to poly marina at clementi by walking.This part lasted for almost an hour.Then we had to take a dip in the sea and paddle to the destinated venue with our shoes on.This part lasted for another hr paddling non stop.Then lastly the fun part is that they prepared the trip on the speed boat!Speeding at top speed ,we can feel the sea breeze moving against us.Feeling salted water splashing onto us.Although it was a bumpy short trip but it's a totally new experience.Then total number of push up is abt 200++or 300++ for the day.Till my arms finally give way!!^^Great day!
